Judy
Wyatt is a licensed marriage, family, and child counselor. For twenty
years, she has counseled employees and their families on work and family
issues. Before becoming a family counselor, she worked jobs in the private
and public sectors, including the San Francisco public schools. She has
studied people's responses to work abuse in a wide range of businesses
and government agencies, and she has given trainings and organization
consultations on methods people can use for overcoming the adverse effects
of group behaviors on individuals' lives. She has an undergraduate degree,
Phi Beta Kappa, in English, and a graduate degree in clinical
psychology.
Chauncey Hare is also a licensed family therapist;
he has received six major grants, including three Guggenheim fellowships,
for studies of work and family environments. Before becoming a therapist
and organization consultant, he worked more than twenty-five years in
a variety of jobs in the private and public sectors. At different times
he has been an engineering research manager and a government union steward.
He has an undergraduate degree in chemical engineering and graduate
degrees in organization psychology, clinical psychology, and fine arts.
The National Endowment funded his organization development education.
